I assume you mean the Idle Air Control Valve (IAC)? Super easy. About $65 part if I remember right, Jeff Kopp might be able to hook you up cheaper than $65 though. It is held in palce by two Torx bolts I think size 15 (or the next size up) It is mounted on the passenger side of the throttle body down low. Has an oval pigtail connector plugged into it-- a long oval. Not to be confused with the Throttle Position Sensor (TPS) which is mounted to the throttle body above the IAC and has a round pigtail plugged into it.
Once you have the new one installed, follow the C4 tech tip for IAC reset and you're good to go.
