Went out this morning to finish up on the green meanie trans replacement and looked across the street to see my '92 with the drivers window smashed out :mad ! Called the cops, while I was filing the report the officer said a couple dozen hot & luxury cars had been hit overnight :eek: . I found a slingshot ball bearing under a pile of glass in the front seat and the cop said thats what they had been using. Glad I have zero deductable insurance. The cop looked over at greenie and noticed the slicks which started a cool conversation on drag racing, good guy.
Since I have no window, it figures it would rain today & tomorrow :cry , thankfully I had a tarp & cover to keep out the raindrops. Should be fixed by Monday, bounty put out today to all the area kids that stop by, waiting for results, lets hope we find them.

That realy sucks, but should be an easy fix up good as new. Good luck with finding them. :smash:
I think I had a close call on valdelism this evening. Came out of my pub and noticed the gas lid was open; haha, didn't expect to find a MAD locking gas cap did you, you little.... :cuss. Anyway, I was realy glad that I invested a copla $$ in that cap.

Sorry to hear that. Like that John Lingenfelter Crashes post, the title had me nervous for a second. I thought they hit the greenie(not that the 92 is beneath it any).
Hopefully it'll get fixed in a hurry and you can find out who did it.

Had that happen to me. 2 cars $1000.00 in damages. Cops said they hit 45 cars in 2 weeks. I've got glass coverage. Living with idiots gets old.
I had to spend another $2000.00 building a fence. California has more than its share of low-life azzholes.

Man that blows. There were a bunch of d*** in my neighborhood doin the same s*** about 3 months ago. They shot out my stepdads back window of his camaro but they missed my vette. I thought they would come back the next day and sure enough at about midnight they were back but me and my neighbor waited for em. He had a loaded .45 and actually took a shot at their back window when they took off.........MAN they took off fast. He got the back of their trunk..........hehe and they never showed up since. Maybe it's the same punk azz b***. They were usin slingshots and paintball guns. MY neighbor was questioned for the gunfire but had some kind of license here in AZ so nothing was penalized against him. I was bustin out laughing when I saw em take off from that gunfire. I wish I had some pics. Hope you find em. My advice..........get a gun. LOL. :D

OMG, those people need to have a slingshot shot in thier eye. Vanalism, especially to cars, is the woussiest thing someone can do. They should try shooting out your window when you are standing right there. :mad

There's no feeling in the world to describe seeing what some idiot did to your car, but I hope the cops put a stop to a**holes and the have to pay restitution, plus see the inside of jail. Not pleasant there!!!!. I hope the cops in your area are serious enough to stop the vandalizing. Not all places are like that. take a report and that's it. GOOD LUCK!!!
