CD 'ERR' message

Default CD 'ERR' message
I keep getting this message, i have a C5. It continues to kick out my CD's any help out there??

Could be a number of things.

Likely causes would be:

Dirty laser eye. Get a CD cleaner kit and try it.

If you are burning your own CD's they may be the incorrect format and it can't read them. You should be using -R CD's if you make your own. Try with a store bought CD to confirm.

The drive motor could be dead. Will require service.
