I currently have an 84 and going through my paper work the other day I have on the car, the previous owner has stated that this car was produced on the first day of the manual transmission production. How can I find out if this is true and if so what # in line was mine. thanks

I have the original buildsheet for the car that come with it, what I need to know is the first day they started building the manual transmission vehicles at the plant and what was the first number.
