C4 Corvette door lock

C4 Corvette door lock
My dads C4 door key will not work on either door. The key turns to lock, will not turn to unlock. The car is parked in the garage with doors locked and windows up. Can't open doors to check fuses or relays. He tried both sets of keys, same problem. Any thoughts?

Car has been sitting for nearly 3 months with doors locked. Odd both doors won't unlock and odd that both door keys will not work. Is the door lock part of the alarm system? Is there something else I should look at that may be causing the problem. And yes, looks like I will buy a slim jim.

The door lock motors and/or linkages can get seized up. I assume the key turns to the lock position but not back to unlock? Mine was always real difficult to turn the drivers side. Once inside, I'd have to hit the unlock button several times for it to fully unlock, but only once to lock it.
