Inspection recommendation needed (MN)

I need help finding a good inspector who could look at a 1996 C4 GS. I am out of state looking at a car in Annandale MN.

It's winter. Maybe a performance shop? Hitech Motorsport is in Elk River? IDK. Never asked them to do that before but they might.
