Default 93 interior question

This should be pretty easy to answer. I'm replacing my directional switch. I've found my way through most of it but I need to follow the wiring harnesses under the dash board. I need to remove the carpeted panel under the steering column but can't figure out what kind of bolts hold it on? Guess I'm going blind but I can't seem to get any of my sockets to turn them and it isn't phillips or any of my torx. I'm sure someone here knows.

On my 93, it's held on by 8mm bolts.

Actually, mine is 7mm but your post alerted me that it was probably a tiny metric bolt so I got it done.
