C68 A/C compressor/clutch connector, which way?!?
Well, it's been 2 months or so since I disconnected my A/C compressor electrical connector on my '87. Mine is a C68 option, the compressor is a Harrison 161. Unfortunately, I forgot which way the 2 pin connector goes. I think, if there was a one way at one time, it's not there any more (not sure if me or PO, so let's say me).
Connector is a green wire and a white/something wire. I've noted in a wiring diagram, found in forums, for an '87, that one wire goes to 'C' and the other goes to 'D' (I left my notes in the garage).
Here's the problem, on the compressor, no labels. Which is C?
Argh!
So, if looking from back of compressor with connector at top, is C on the left or right? Or wire color, either would help me stay cool!

It really doesn't matter. It's just a coil (electromagnet). The connector should have a diode inside the connector shell, with the cathode (stripe) connected to the +12 v. wire, and the other end connected to the ground wire.
