I believe the 35th was white with white interior and white sawblades. I don't think it came in any other color, but I could be wrong.

And by the looks of the pics you posted it has the interior of a 84-89 and the body of a 91-96

OP - that car has been updated/changed to '91+ exterior components.
The VIN would ID it as to year but the exterior modifications might certainly change it's potential "resale". Post a snapshot of the rear!!

confirm the VIN you have is what's displayed in the windshield. The under-hood snapshot & interior indicates '88 or '89 - exterior wise it seems done completely to '91+. Even the CHMSL is removed from the rear hatch.
It appears to have been pretty well done judging strictly from the snapshots but maybe it's much different "LIVE"!!!
