If that is what I think it is I don't think so, but the pin that goes into that might be. If the door itself is out of alignment top to bottom the first thing I would check is the hinges.

On the passenger side this part is 1/4" forward than the driver side. This seems to act as stop or stabilizer much like the ones inside the door for the window. The molding on the front and back of the door lines up as it should so I don't think it's a bushing issue. The door is tight.

I don't know how thick the seal is but is maybe just the seal missing on one side? Coupe and vert are different. The car is coupe or 'vert? YEAR? If it's wobbly then maybe the bolts inside of the pillar are loose.

This is an 89 coupe and no previous damage that i know of. I can see two bolts inside protruding through the part but cant see how to access them. I pulled the wheel well liner and wasn't able to see them.
