Any ideals ?

Hello,
92 lt1 46,000 miles. Weird thing happened last winter. Battery went dead in car from not being started. Has no lights, dashboard, or anything , but had a weird clicking sound coming from under dash on passengers side , even with key out of ignition ? Put it on a slow charge for two days. Clicking went away ? Car runs better than before ? LOL ! Yes I don't know ? I know there's relay down there, no ideal why or how it's running so good ?

Yes, a fully charged battery makes a difference

Maybe the clicking relay caused the drained battery, instead of the other way around???
