Default Ball Joints?

I have started to notice and feel a very slight thump when I pass over a speed bump. It does not happen riding up the speed bump, only when the suspension compresses a litter harder on the down side right at rebound. Other than that the car feels fine, no abnormal tire wear and very resposive when cornering. Any of you ever expierence this. Oh, the Vette has 133K on the odometer, serviced regularly.

Well maybe the balljoints but those are pretty reliable on these cars. I have 178K on my originals and they test out fine still. How about the shock bushings? (top and bottom both). also make sure the jounce and rebound bumpers are in good shape :seeya

Thanks, I eyeballed everything else as best I could. I did not think about the shock bushings. I need to jack her up under the ball joints and make sure that there is no excessive play. As I said, every thing feels good in the corners, sterring response, etc.
