I have removed all of the a.i.r equipment off of my 91 due to an engine swap. The smog pump I have on there is not spinning freely and the insides cannot be gutted. What options do I have? Can I run a new air pump but just disconnect its hoses? Will this be loud or unnoticeable? I can't seem to find a DIY or kit to eliminate it either as without it, a pulley is needed for the serp belt. All help is appreciated.
