88 TPI convertable cranks no start without spraying fuel into throttlebody and won't pulse injectors
noid light confirmed no injector pulse
40lb at fuel rail
new coolant temp sensor
new pick up coil
TPS .54
VATS module bypass
new 02 sensor
new ignition control module
new coil,cap,rotor,plugs,wires
new ECM new fuel pump relay and MAF relays. Car ran rich when it ran last week and developed a starting issue leading to intermittent starts and long cranking time to start when cold. After driving and engine warmed up the car started first try. After chasing these demons and replacing seemingly everything but the injectors the car now won't start only fired on the cold start injector then dies. Please help I love my car and don't want to ditch the TPI for a carb.
ohmed injectors 16.5 drivers side all 8
16.6 in passenger side all 8
As much as I despise Multec injectors I don't see a sudden catastrophic failure as likely. Have you put a noid light onto the injector plug and cranked?
I've been searching for a method to test that theory.I have yet to obtain a FSM hoping I could download a pdf file on the no start troubleshooting for the 88 TPI
key on 40 PSI at rail. 40 psi while cranking. fuel pump primes for 2 seconds then shuts off then pump kicks back on while cranking. as far as Vats I have the module. car ran previouslywith the module and starter engaging no security light while cranking
replaced e_c_u with remanufactured unit today after work car cranks over and fires on the cold start injector but dies couple seconds later. so far only plus side of changing ECM was a few of my gauges that were not working before are now working.

Injectors are not being pulsed. Have you looked for any shorted injector wires, or by the ICM? I'm not familiar with TPI's, but no injector pulse on an LT1/4 is a possible bad opti. Yes, I know your l98 does not have an opti.
replaced ICM yesterday to no avail problem still exists no injector pulse going to clean grounds and check injector wiring tomorrow along with the distributor pulse wire to ECU. On a side note Im newbt here and its my first vette 119000 miles on her and it's been a real bummer so far. Hopefully theirs a happy ending to this story lol. I'm trying to bring this old beauty back to its former glory. Any and all replys reguarding suggestions are greatly appreciated.

I just had a similar issue. Mine turned out to be the ICM. You can test this by pulling the 4 way connector from the back of the distributor and jumping connector B on the harness (they're labeled) to the positive on the battery while the ignition is turned on. Do this very briefly to avoid burning something out. I believe this sends a signal to the ECM from the ICM to fire the injectors. I did this and my noid light flashed.
Your symptoms sound just like mine did. I know you replaced it but they're known to go out.
From the FSM, for diagnosing no fuel at the injectors:
thanks greatly appreciated I'll go over it all and hopefully with this info I can resolve the dreaded no start dilemma at last. Im going to be patient but damn
