Default Alright, trying this again...

I lost my first C4 at the end of March. After the insurance settled up this is what came of it. Picking her up tomorrow. She's still an '87 but no sidepipes and no hardtop.

Very nice, I like the color combo. We need some more pics after you get it.

You done good. I wish I had my 88 back. Had it about 13 years. Traded it in with 40k mikes.

Your new ride is gorgeous. That interior looks unbelievable! Just in time for summer with the top down.

I have to ask.......Did you get enough from the insurance to purchase this convertible? Or was there a big difference in the insurance payout and the price you paid for the new one? Just wondering. It sure is a nice looking C4!

Sorry about the loss of your original, but congrats on the replacement.
Looking good!

One thing with a convertible, if you take trips it's either Top UP or don't take any clothes etc with you. Your only storage is where the soft top stores. But then again, I'm sure you've already heard that.

That car looks beautiful!!! Very well maintained and cared for! Do you know any service history or owner history on the car?

No. Insurance paid off the first one. Started over with the replacement. New loan and new payment book.

No wife or girlfriend at the moment. Lots of storage on the passenger side.

It's in the yard. I went to Fredericksburg, VA and picked it up yesterday. (Saturday, 29-APR-'17) Points to address: 1). Power antenna doesn't work. After market radio installed. 2). ABS light came on and stayed on. 3). Suspected exhaust leak towards back of car. Might be wrong about this. 4). Gas cylinders for hood need replaced.

I think brake work has been done. Stock calipers aren't red are they? Brakes worked great though. Shift kit in transmission or tranny sensors need checked. Shifts are fast and sure.

Didn't give me any problems in the 180 mile ride back home. Run fine and turned heads. Passing was effortless as were the turns. It took turns like it was on rails.
