What are you defining as "single point"?

If that picture on the Summit website is accurate, the dipstick is on the wrong side, and you'll need three mounting bolt holes on the front of each head. Do a Google search on SBC heads to learn more about choices in SBC heads. Note the inverted V on the front of these heads. That's the identifier for the "624" heads, which aren't the best. Be sure you get 1.95/1.50 dia. valves, and the center exhaust crossover ports for your EGR. Maybe Summit will tell you what the heads are, and maybe the picture isn't accurate.
I'm not sure what the big deal is with a roller cam. Other than being careful to use top grade oil, a flat tappet cam should be good for 150,000 miles. Is that okay with you?
The Crossfire can definitely be mated to a good iron head 350! I did it, and have a four-bolt mains block, with all of the features noted! Mine runs good!
