My 94 LT1 after coolant flush and rad fins cleaned runs just above 182 to 195 on hiway with 180 thermostat,coolant temps, up to 210-215 on digital gauge at long light or in real slow traffic, below 25 mph and oil temp is about 200-205 on gauge. but haven't checked digital gauge. Some run as high as 215-220 but may need rad. fins and condenser fins cleaned, mine was full of crap when I removed rad. to clean. When in traffic or at light I just turn on defrost to make fan come on before ecm tells it to at 225. both fans should come on by themselves if above 238.
