1994 Deck lid cable help

Hi all,

My deck lid on my convertible C4 has a broken cable on one side. I purchased a OEM for it. I am looking for you tube or some type of instructions that cover the remove and replacement. Can anyone help me please?

Hello Frank. You are welcome. I have not had to replace the release cables. Like any project of this manner I would take many photos along the way for easy reference when reassembling. I can also send pics of my deck lid as needed, just shout and I'll get back when I can. Good luck. Looks like a three maybe four beer job to me.
