L83 with carb
I just recently bought a 1984 vette and this is my first vette. Not my first choice with the crossfire but to my surprise I popped the hood and it has an edelbrock carb. I know there is probably existing forums out there but I could exactly find what I'm looking for. So my question is what did swapping out the xfire with the carb actually do. Was there any ho gain from the swap? What's the pros and cons of it? Also what are some mods that can be done to reach upwards of 300hp with the carb. Like I said this is my fist vette and I'm no expert just trying to learn.
