101 Projects Book

Can someone please tell me why the price of this book by Richard Newton is so damn high ? The C4 & C5 ones are anywhere from double to 4 times the original price. I had both of these and sold them both a few years back....

That's supply and demand. The supply has essentially gone to zero, so somebody has taken advantage of that and drastically increased the price. Richard Newton died recently, so that makes the books even more rare.

I suggest posting in the Want To Buy section and/or a Google search.

when did he die? I bought some A arms off him a while back. That's sad news. I have his book.

Man that's sad, he seemed to be a good man and a very reliable source of Corvette info.

In regards to the book, I would keep looking and would not pay four times what the book sold for originally. Ebay, Amazon, here on the forum etc..
