Quick wind deflector question
I see the rear view mirror wind deflectors for sale. I have a 96 base. I always thought they were for when the window was down. With my window up I seem to hear a wind noise right in this area. I always thought is was a small air leak. Do the wind deflectors help quiet the noise down even with the window up? Thanks, Dan

The set I bought from MAM were pure crap and quickly removed.
Maybe the windows need fine adjustment or the rubber is going. I now preserve it via using a small amount of silicone grease on such and rubber treatment with UV protection on all rubber and exterior black plastic.

The side mirror mounted wind deflectors came on convertibles,
they do cut the amount of wind blown in your face when the side window is down.
Great for reducing wind and noise, unless your a/c is not working.
