Was thinking about getting some exhaust tips online. Can't decide on whether to get the angle tips or Zr1 style. For those of you that have them which do you think looks the best.
QCVette's look about the best for an aftermarket but a C4 really needs a square tip because the cut out's are straight and the bottom of the valance is pretty much straight.

If you go with a squared tip, look for a good one like stock. Below is my '96 with a Borla catback. I think the Borla version of these tips looks cheap. It looks like they just wrapped a can around the tips.
So my .02 is that you need to stick with "square-ish" type tips. LT1, ZR1 or other squar-corner tips will look best as it will be symmetrical with the square tail lights.
Now, if you had a 84-90, I'd say you absolutely had to keep it circles.
We made the tips for the Shinoda-bodied C4, from square steel, which was black chromed and mounted on the Flownmasters. Larry designed them but they are unobtainium.
My artistic fabricator altered Larry's design slightly to echo the shape of the lovely tail. Thank Larry Shinoda (RIP) for these lines!
