Default Fastner sizes

In the process of putting back together 2 C4 1988's that have been partitally apart for years and most of the fastners or screws are not with the parts.

Does anyone know of a resource that gives the specs.
first is the radiator, condenser plastic cover.

Have the service manual and it does not have the specifications.

The GM SPO Parts publications would be most helpful. Hardware is covered pretty well and quite descriptive. Once you become familiar with GM Hardware it get's much easier.

M6-1.0 X 25mm Metric Hex Head Sems Bolts GM 11503834 and M4.2-1.41 X 20mm Hex Head Sems Tapping Screws and M6.3-1.81 x 25mm (look like big sheet metal screw thread) covers most of the plastic parts under the hood. You can buy them cheaper in boxes of 50 or 100 at fastenal or amazon than buying just a few at the auto parts store.
