91 Corvette zr1 left turn signal does not blink. All lights work but when left turn signal engaged no blinking just a solid light
My '96 does that if I just press the signal stalk rather than click it in. Lights are all good. My suspicion is a bad/dirty connection in the column. Sometimes wiggling it while holding it will make it work.

i have the exact same issue except my right signal turns to solid when engaged. left signals fine. emergency flashes both sides fine.
i researched here and it came up most likely the flasher ($10 part). However, changing the flasher on my 88 seems a bit difficult. its inside the dash next to the ECM, without taking the entire dash out, you have to stick your hand in there and try to feel and located for the flasher and somehow unclip it and put a new one in.
I'm too old for that lol. I just keep on manually clicking the stalk multiple times with making a right turn. I even do the old school hand signals sometimes lol.
