Blue hose kit?

Is there a kit of blue hoses I can buy? Heater, radiator, etc.

I'd check the rice shoppes...sorry...the speed shops in your area. They can probably fix ya up. ;)

Didn't mean to infer anything to ya Aqua...just know that "those" shops carry that type of merchandise. :)

yeah, but leads to a question I never thought of asking....Is this rice? :confused:

Tough question...some folks are gonna say yes...some no. Bottom line is that it doesn't really matter WHAT "we" think! It's YOUR Vette! Make it YOURS! An' if that vision includes blue hoses...that's fine! It's YOUR car! :)

PERSONALLY...if you have a fully dressed engine...it'd be "ok". But that's just my 2¢.

blue hoses NOT rice IMHO. there's a line of hi-performance hose that's blue in color. ment to be hi-end stuff, not just cosmetic. i think i saw them in jeg's or summit racing catalog. probably on thier web catalog(s).

Kit number 5008 fits 85-89.. I have it on my 86 and it looks good if you ask me :D

IMO if you get any blue hoses that match your exterior you should look into Taylor Convoluted Tubing (wire loom), they sell it in Teal, and it would match your exterior rather well, plus complement your hose kit. I'd also suggest a throttle body plate in the same color to dress it up VERY nice. :yesnod:

SAMCO makes silicone hose kits in blue, red, orange, yellow, green..(you get the idea) for Corvettes. They don't make a coloured air duct for MAF LT1's though.

I'll forewarn you - they ain't cheap.

You can buy them from Lingenfelter or BRITS in California. Victor at BRITS is the man to talk to.
