Well it's that time of year. I need to think of a cool personalized tag for my car. It is a White 1994 LT1 4A. I had thought of a few ones that I liked, but now that it is that time, I am drawing a blank. Any Ideas?
Good Luck.....it took me about 2 dozen different spellings to come up with that one. Ever since the PT hit the market..anything to do with "cruiser" was already taken and that was over a year ago.
yea, good point. I was thinking C4CVET, but if I get rid of it for a C5 or something then I got to change it again. But I would be safe with a CE or GS.
Is there anywhere to go to see what names are taken already? Or do I need to sit in the tax collectors office and keep spewing out names that are already taken.
Don't see your new "instant message".....Yea, at least here you have to go to the tax office (they do the tags) and work with the girl behind the counter. She punches in your choise and can immediately tell you if's it's been taken. Then you keep going till you find one you like that's available.
as far as I've been told in Florida... you can have the same plate letters/numbers as someone else, just put it on one of the speciality type plates... as with 40+ tp choose from...
Not sure as I haven't looked into this myself... but been told by a few different people.

Not true. When I was working through my list with the girl at the tag agency, my first choices were already taken by someone else. Only one unique number and letter combination is allowed. It doesn't matter if it's a "Save the Manatee" tag or a "University of Florida" tag. You can't duplicate the tag number.
Anyway, here's one you can't get in Florida anymore! :D
