Default What's next on the list....

I'm going to do a Lucas fuel system treatment, followed up by a three-orifice Seafoam application.

After that, I'm going to treat my oil pan to a creation of my own special potion of oils. I'll use a proprietary mixture of ingredients, including Marvel Mystery oil, Slick 50, RESTORE, Motor Honey, and just a touch of Prolong.

Finally, I'm going to fill my tires with nitrogen...wait, maybe helium, wax my paint with REJEX, install a set of E3 spark plugs and a "cold air" intake. After all that, she'll be ready to tear up some C7 ZR1's next summer!

If that doesn't cut it, I'll just pull my LT1 intake and install an L98 TPI intake...shortened, of course.

Sounds like a plan! It should be better than new after all that.

Found a shop near where I work. The business is called CrossRoad Customs. They are used to tearing cars completely down for restorations. The owner is going to put the rod and clips back on both ends...soon I'll have heat!

replace the photocell in the dash so I can see the IP light up (I've had the dash off and apart too many times, but what's one more time?)

replace the antenna (the wife says "why" since we never listen to the radio, but it bugs me that it doesn't work)

My list is about a mile long for future vette projects but what's on my radar at the moment is:

1.) EBL flash conversion - so I get get my tuned dialed in.

2.) A full sport seat rebuild/ restorarion and as part of that I am converting my 88 sport seats to the 89-90 style as I like the look better

Now if I could only get the time to do these two projects.....

My '88 is in the Corvette specialist shop where I purchased it. So it's winter storage, plus a list of stuff. Like some new bezels on the dash, new trim in rear compartment plus likely new shocks, urethane bushings, VAT disable, general detailing of interior and exterior and engine bay... lots of things like that.

Or I might just trade it in for another he has in his shop. Seriously don't know.

Dropped the Vette off at TuneTime this morning to have the Dyno tune. Engine, rear and converter were installed in the last few months. It's going to be a long week.😎

I'm about to try to start a stock 87 that hasn't run in 7 years. Gonna squirt some marvel mystery in the cylinders and turn her by hand. If all goes well I'm gonna clean the tank, flush the lines, replace the fluids, fuel pump and injectors, plugs and wires and try to fire that bi%ch off!
