Default color match wheels

I have faded bad paint on original 1991 coupe saw blade wheels.
I want to color match and repaint the wheels.
Probably going to color match the calipers with the arctic white car color.
Thoughts?
Anyone done this before?

Arnt they supposed to be machined aluminum with clear coat on them ? I'm sure you could paint them easily enough.

Are you saying color match the wheels to the car? We don't have the sawblade style wheels but love the look of the all white. Also got rid of the red calipers and went to a polished look instead.

Thought I had a better photo of the calipers... Sorry

Not mine.
There is nice aluminum underneath. But I don't think i want to do the proper job of stripping paint and primer.
Or the upkeep of aluminium.
Mine are a nice metallic silver paint. I could buy any paint. But I wanted to try and match original if they are in fact originally painted wheels.

Ok, I see what you are going for now. I need to do some digging in my records (to make 100% sure) but the color I found, that was almost a near match to the OEM wheel color, was BMW wheel color Reflex Silver.

EDIT: The 91-92 factory wheels were painted the 93-96 were clear coated machine finish.
