Man did this original post get derailed. Oh well. It was a worthless subject anyway. One way or another it still brought out the same bashing that usuually goes on in other posts from the same few members.

I suppose that could be one qualifier. Another is that it doesn't even perform within it's generation and future generations. I mean, 84 crossfire?

Depends on who Dad was, doesn't it? If your Dad were rich and he wanted to shut you up and not pay too much attention to you, there was the boob tube or toss the kid a shiny toy. I mean, parenting? Is that a word these days?

Oh, now you are being insulting. Thanks but no thanks. Old age is a curse. I don't GAS if you insult my mother but cursing me with growing old is crossing the line. I figure at my age, after 15 more years, I could GAS about being alive and probably prefer not to be and leave it at that. At the way my body is deteriorating that I have noticed, being old is more of a curse than anything. I have seen first hand with my clients what old age does. My wife treats them or what's left of them. Thanks but no thanks.

When the first C4 came out, I'm sure it had lots of respect then. That day is over. Wish they'd realize that when your time is up, it is up.

Don't knock the benefits of age....
When I was a young man an old man told me the story of the two bulls up on a hill looking down at a herd of cows. The young bull excitedly told the old bull that they should run down there and get one of the cows. The old bull said, why don't we -walk- down there.......and get em all.....

Yeah, I think he was referring specifically to the 84 and it's paltry 200 hp.

Actually, I changed it to Penny Mathias but Jenna came back by popular demand from more than 1 person. Yes Jenna was dated and is replaced by something more suitable in all my other forums.

Unfortunately, the body might not cooperate and all you to get them all or even get anything. As a young man, I could be drunk 3 nights in a row, get lucky all of them and still make it to classes. Today, I doubt I could do that. Since I hit 44, my eyesight was no longer 20/20. I had 2 knees scoped. My endurance isn't close to what it used to be when I was young and not even trying. So whatever those benefits of old age are, it sure isn't in the body.

You couldn't give me an 84 unless it is for sale and if you did, the "For Sign" would be up soon as I see your taillights down the road since I don't want to be rude.

No thanks. Sildenafil (Viagra) has a half-life of 4 hours and vardenafil (Levitra) has a half-life of 4-6 hours while tadalafil (Cialis) has a half-life of 17.5 hours. This means that vardenafil (Levitra) should act longer than sildenafil (Viagra) but the clinical significance is not known.

She, give you everything you want. Boom boom long time

Yeah I don't know, unit body I guess. I've been watching Road Kill since day one, they don't know the year of the car anymore, I've heard it was an 85 (their cut up video supports this), that it was an 85 with the crossfire engine (because they don't know anything about c4s), and now they are saying its an 84.
I'm fine with having fun with junkers but to say that any year c4s aren't worth having as a hobby car doesn't sit well with me.

Awww. Mean man said things that hurt your feelings? Need a lollipop to make you feel better? Seriously? He can't have an opinion that doesn't salute the almighty C4 without it bruising a bunch of egos of snowflakes?

Ditto. I bought a high mileage '96 auto with some issues a few months ago for $3800. Got the major issues taken care of, and this car is a blast to drive as is. More fun than my '71 LS5, the handling is night and day. And I haven't even added any "go fast" parts yet.
