86 wipers on randomly
my windshield wipers on my 86 turn on randomly sometimes and when i turn them on they only work on high and wont turn off easily, i have to move it back and forth between high and off to get it to turn off, anything in between doesnt work. ive changed out the wiper switch in the door but that didnt work its still doing the same thing and i have no clue what it could be

Just throwing this out there but I had a Blazer that would do the same thing. It wasn't the switch but in the wiper motor. There was a circuit board that the soldered connections would simply break. I replaced the wiper motor, or just the electrical component ( I can't remember) and the problem was solved.
