Default Coolant level
With engine cold what should the level of the coolant be in the radiator and should there be any in the reservoir?

The expansion tank should be full. Thats the black one with the pressure cap on top.

From your icon, it look s like you have an 85. There is no expansion tank so as stated above, full radiator and reservoir to the black line.
