Other than telling you it's a valid 1984 Corvette VIN there's nothing to tell you.

If original it's an L83 cross-fire V8 - could be an automatic or a 4+3 manual and trim would need confirmed by snapshots and information that may or may NOT be available on an '84 build. Some have the SPID label - some don't.

Post snapshots of the under-hood, exterior and interior for comments. There's no 'short cut'.

Is it yours or are you looking to buy?

It's got all of the correct certifications, RHD documentation and it's a decision only you could make. The RHD creates it's own set of unusual maintenance issues.

Have you seen the car? How close is the car to you? This car needs to be evaluated by someone who understands C4 - there are many members here on the CF from Australia - you need one of them to assist you.

Either add your location in your user profile or mention it specifically in this thread. Maybe both in your case.

$20K Australian is a lot, almost 16K USA
It will need repairs. Parts will cost a fortune there

It's been customized since being in that magazine. The tires look like Good Year Gatorbacks which haven't been produced in over a decade, maybe 2
