95 Corvette horn stuck on
Yesterday my horn started going off while it was parked, anyway if I wiggle the steering wheel it stops so I am guessing there is a short or loose connection in the steering wheel.has anybody else run in to this? any tips or advice? Thanks in advance Mike.

GM never issued a TSB to my knowledge but there was a known problem with clearance between wheel and horn contact. The CCM is always awake and new 95's would set their alarm off for very slight contact to the horn pad when the car was locked and in the garage- not even enough for the horn to actually sound but the alarm would be set (car was locked so any button activity inside set the alarm off- took gm forever to figure out the cause) anyway, you will probably need a new horn contact ring - aftermarket or new gm design recommended. If you have a airbag removal tool (you can buy them cheap or drop by a friendly shop)- it's not a hard job. Good luck!

The steering wheel portion of the horn circuit provides the ground to the relay not the 12v. So it could be a wire shorting out as well as the contacts.
I posted some pics of what you'll find in this thread
