94 C4 Will not start
I have a 1994 C4 convertible that just died on the highway. I bought the car and it was sitting for 3 years without running. It ran fine for 6 months. Electrical worked fine and the battery was charged. I had the car towed and two hours later it started fine. The next morning, it would not start. It just turns over and will not fire. I replaced the fuel filter and checked the fuel pressure (about 40 PSI and stays up for a few hours) I hooked up the OBD II and it has no information. I have a new fuel pump and sock and that is my next step.
Any suggestions>

My 95 did this and it was the throttle position sensor according to the dealer that fixed it.
I pushed it more than once, only to get the damn thing off the road and turn the key and have it fire right up.
Had it towed to my house once and as soon as it rolled off the truck I got in and it started.
