hi all, need some help with my 86 corvette, the car has been sat for around 7 years, so I’ve changed the fuel pump, fuel filter, pressure regulator and the injectors, just turned the ignition on ( getting 40psi now) and getting constant power at all the injectors, so thinking the ecm is at fault now ? I live in the UK so getting parts isn’t easy so don’t want to keep buying parts to throw on it to find the fault
if it’s not the ecm what else could it be ?
Many many thanks
Haven’t tried to start it yet but as soon as the ignition is turned ( lights on dash but engine not cranked over on there is constant power to all 8 injectors at the same time, no pulse just power to them all

There is supposed to be. The ECM pulses the negative.
I have tested the wiring to the injectors with a noid light and they are all lit constantly
Then you have to find out where the stray ground is coming from. Disconnect the ECM from the system at the plugs and then check for continuity between the negative terminal of an injector and ground. If there is continuity, you have a harness problem. If it is clear, then the ECM is the culprit.
