These are on craigslist for sale at a good price, but will the 19s fit on the rear of my 87 without spacer? I think the rears are 10" and the fronts 9.5".
You'll have to look up the offsets of those. I'm sure they have a lot more than an early C4 like yours. That means you'll need spacers. That's no big deal if you have or install long ARP wheel studs, but you will have to do some math to figure out what thickness the spacers need to be. If the offsets are too different (i.e., the spacers have to be too thick even for long studs), then you'd have to look at adapters instead.
Im going to call the guy later today to see if he can provide more measurments. Im running 16x9.5 right now, and It looks like i can get another inch in there but it will be close the wheel well.

If width is all you're worried about, stop worrying. With proper offsets, you can fit 17x11 or 18x11 wheels at all four corners.
On your early C4, I'm sure you'll need or at least really want spacers to push them toward the outside. As a reference, the stock 1987 16x8.5 fronts had 32mm offset, and the 16x9.5 rears had 38mm offset. Those C7 rears are going to need a lot of spacer to fit your car well.

called the guy a bit ago, they are 18x8.5 56 offset gm pt# 22967681, rear, 19x10 76 offset, GM pt# 22967677. neither will fit my car without spacers and I really dont want to do that. They are brand new take offs from the dealer, someone bought a car and ordered different wheels when delivered.
I also found a cross referance chart, and it has no C7 wheels that fit my car, but 06-13 Z06, GS fronts fit at 18x9.5 with a 40 offset.
If you don't mind reproduction rims. I went from 16x9.5 +38 rims to 18x9.5" +40 rims with 255x40-18" tires on my 86. They fit like a glove, just like the originals did. No spacers were required in fitting them to the car.
