Ok..My car was sitting up for a while and the old batter was dead. Ok so I bought a new one. I have car in my friends garage, and he told there was a clicking noise and that could be the problem of the something draing my battery..any ideas??
So you think is a fuse for the antenna perhaps ? I left one thing out..Like I said it was sitting up and when I started it up the antenna come up..when I changer the battery it did not work..any ideas?
The C4 is made up of several different circuits. One method of isolation I recently read about began with pulling the fusible links, one at a time as a preliminary way to quickly "zero in" on the offending circuit. (In the case of a "clicking" relay, you can listen for the sound to stop. Otherwise, a VOM configured to read AMPERES might be the best way to monitor current. [But, note: Most VOMs are limited to measuring 10A max. If it is a current drain that runs the battery down over night, then the drain isn't likely to be exceed 10A. But, for higher currents, shunts or other methods are required.])
Then goto the appropriate fuse panel and start pulling individual fuses to further narrow the individual circuit.
