Damn for a bard yard find, car looks good. Pressure washer is ok as long as you're not using full PSI.
But the problem with barn finds is the @#$% mice love Corvettes as I painfully discovered 1 winter while I had to park mine outside just over the winter. The bastards had built a nest in my car over the winter and the smell was so bad when I went to start it in spring I had to completely pull the dash apart and let it air out for several days.
Thankfully the little bastards only went after my carpet insulation for nesting materials and not any of the wiring which they will eat as well!

Yup, I had a friend who put her 2002 Porsche Boxter away for the winter in New Hampshire. When spring came and she tried to start it, she found mice had eaten much of the wiring. It was so bad, insurance totaled the car.
Cool that you're going to treat that 'Vette right!
the TA was out of the same barn. 400HO. I will share the story once I get the paperwork fixed. But this was a 1 in a billion find.
To add a tease, in this barn was the TA, and a frame off rotating frame, brand new. Offers welcome on the 79TA and Frame off.
Had an opossum nest under the hood. That was fun.
injectors on order fuel tank cleaned and lines blown out. New batt today and fuel pump being installed. Once the oil seeps in the cylinders and we turn it over by hand we will start. Fingers crossed.
Try "barnfind.com". Not all the goodies are found in barns but its amazing how many highly valued and cherished cars are just plain forgotten. I get a daily feed from the site. I love it. Lots of Vettes turn up.
