Jump Pack
I posted this on a Cadillac forum site and thought I would also post it here as I also have a 94 Vette:
"Just wondering if anyone carries a jump pack in there car in case of a dead battery. Or even to help out someone else in need. I had a problem awhile ago and called AAA. Great service, after a ninety minute wait. Was late for a meeting. Now thinking of a purchase but wondering which brand or size is better. Could use any advice. Thanks "

How often do you think you'd use it, and what's the maintenance on one of them? Unless you regularly go into dangerous areas (and why would you do that?) I don't think I'd have the need or excuse for one.
That's my personal feelings.

I carry one of these, and after I jumped started a car at car show, they all laughed at that little thing, is going to jump that car. Guess what they all bought one, cause it works great, hasn't failed me yet, and yes if I see a stranded with dead battery I pull it out of rear glove box.
Forgot to mention I also use it charge my phone!

Here is a link to the jump box I carry. I used it today to start my sister in law car. Worked great!

In over 40 years of driving, I can honestly say that I have never needed anything like that.
Every battery I've ever had showed "signs" of it being on its last leg. That is when I replace them.
But if you are the type that tries to squeeze every last little bit out of one, I can see where something like this might come in handy.

I appreciate all the replies. In over 40 some years of driving I carry a phone, spare tire, a jack, a few tools and a AAA card and hope I never have to use them. Once in awhile they have all been very helpful to have. Thank you

Walmart has a great return policy, why not? started buying their batteries last yr good luck so far. hey for $59 cant go wrong (actually cranks better than the Delco did)
Never used one myself, as far as jumping others I refuse to. last time I did it blew the fuse for the 02 circuit , took me yrs and thousands in wasted $ at shops trying to figure it out.
Was warned about jumping others off of newer cars, didnt listen.

If I understand your message then yes you should have an AC adapter with the Aickar jump box. The description clearly states the included accessories. My confusion comes from your subject line "Diehard Jump Starter". I'm assuming you are jump starting a DieHard battery and you ordered the Aickar jump box. If that is correct I would contact Amazon and the seller to make things right.

I take mine on longer trips. Heavy duty unit I use for my farm tractors.
I think it is about 1700 amp. Starts diesel farm tractor in the winter. Was expensive too! Nearly $200.00 a couple of years ago. JNC 1700R
