Fuel gauge issue
Hey Everyone back again for advice 1985 vette ... fuel gauge isnt working. Reads full all the time. last night took the gas door plate off and the rubber and just checked to make sure all wires and connections look good and they did. Any ideas would be appreciated thank you!

You will have to pull the fuel pump/sender assembly from the tank. When you had the fuel door and boot off you were halfway there. You will need a new gasket for the sender to tank junction. My bet is the float is stuck in the "UP" position if the wires were good.
