Dash Vents not working

Dash Vents not working
I have a 95 LT1.
The air and heat both work great but nothing through the dash vents. Only out of the windshield defrost and floor.
I replaced the vacuum check valve under the fuel cover but it didn't help (it was cracked).
The vacuum works for the cruise so not sure if I have a vacuum leak or not.
Should I be looking at replacing the control module? (push button control module in the dash)
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have the manual or automatic climate control? It makes a difference as to what to trouble shoot.

Manual vacuum switching valve is attached to dash control.
digital or automatic climate control the control is electric only and uses programmer to switch vacuum and temperature doors.
