Default $10 Bose upgrade

Besides replacing all the caps this is a $10 Bose upgrade that will be a MAJOR upgrade. It looks fine, works fine (I just use the micro SD, didnt try bluetooth).. has a charge port and a usb stick port.

EDIT: Only one problem, if you have a marginal speaker it will exploit its weakness.

Seems pretty slick, will check to see if there's enough room between this unit and my coffee cup...

I have tried several FM transmitters for music and to allow different inputs like a USB port or memory card. Most work, but I have never been happy with the sound. It seems like they are all lower volume and not as clear. So I am still looking for something good.

How is the sound quality with this one? Is the volume roughly equal to the radio's other inputs (FM/tape/cd)?

Volume is excellent and audio quality is excellent.

I am going to try this for my 06 Avalon, don't need it for my 92 Corvette, new radio in that one.

I've used a similar product and agree the volume doesn't seem to be on par with just listening to the radio. Plus I like keeping the door closed for a clean look. Thinking of trying this one and putting in my storage bin behind the passenger seat.

I have the iSimple Tranzit Blu HF that includes a mic and hands free voice dialing. The signal is physically inserted in the antenna lead so the sound quality is as good as the Bose system can reproduce it. Call quality is good and the guys on the other end say it sounds fine.
