Hello. Newbie here!

We have a 1984 corvette and we got her running it had thee worst old gas in it with water and all. However with a good cleaning out we got her fired up. Now we went to put the new knock sensor in it and all of a sudden we are not getting no power to the pump. You hear nothing. Tried wiring everything direct and still nothing. Please help. Before my husband goes crazy. Thank y'all.

If you've hooked the pump directly up to the battery and the pump still doesn't come on I would think that suggests that the pump is bad

If you remove the Schraeder valve from the fuel rail and depress it does fuel come out?

Did you hear the pump running before the no-start?

I see no connection between knock sensor and fuel supply??

If you do need to change the fuel pump it is a relatively simple job, as you see from the vid.
