Default Paint in a can?

Can you buy GM colors in a spray can?
Also, can you buy clear coat in a can as well?

Yes you can...you can also go to some auto paint stores and they will put a mix in a can for you...that way the color is closer.

The answer to both your questions is yes.......I hope we're talking touch-up here. Painting is an art and anything more than cleaning up an obscure spot with aerosol cans is not advised. I have had custom colors made for me and put into aerosol cans...acrylic enamel and laquer. If you are patient and do a good prep job it is a cheap way to cover up blemishes. I won't touch my baby with aerosol, though! :D

I was able to acquire paint in a can for my 1996 Sebring Silver Corvette from Tower Paint Company. Check out their website at http://www.towerpaint.com. I have been happy with this product. :seeya

Almost all paint comes in cans. What kind of GM colors are we talking here? Engine colors and paints, I'd suggest powdercoating. Exterior I'd suggest getting your paint in a bottle through the mail if you're doing touchups. If you're painting the car with a spraycan.... As far as I know, for automotive purposes, ALL clearcoat comes in a can.

If you're painting the car with a spraycan....
You can paint a car with a soup ladle if you don't mind wet sanding.

Please dont paint your car with a spray can.No offense to ya but it will look like a disaster when it is done .Im assuming you are are working on your 95 admiral bliue.Mettalic colors cant be spotted in the same as single stage colors. So to do this you have to spray the repair area with color and clear the entire panel and to do that with a spray can would be a horrible mess. :nonod: :seeya

All in all... it's tough to beat a Wagner Power Painter.

I have actually done some racing stripes on a friend's 77 Camaro with spray cans, but it was contrasting black on blue, so there was no blending involved.
