I have a 94 Vette. Just had a new LT1 engine put in car about a month ago. Everything went well with the engine, but now the car will not run worth a darn. Cranks fine, and idles well; car will not accelerate at all. The engine will come up to speed but only after a slow rate, and also the spark knock sensors go off. (It has new sensors) All new accessories( plugs, wires, distributor etc..) Do I just need to take to a shop that can put it on the PC to figure out the tune up? Or something that a “shade tree” like myself can do?

get a FSM....sounds like you need to check your timing...no codes?????
When you say "new" do you mean a factory crate motor or "new" as in I bought it from someplace/someone and had it put sale. Almost every used Chevy engine I've ever seen for sale was a "vette engine".

Get an FSM. Then, look for the classics:
FUEL AIR SPARK
If it starts/runs, then you can put spark on the back burner. Fuel pressure at the rail for an LT1/4 motor should be 40-42 psi (very narrow range on the C4 LTx motors).
