Stay away from this company. Ordered a Bose amp on the 11th off Ebay. Item never showed, waited two full weeks. Found their phone number and called them. Was told the Ebay person does not have a phone and if I continue to call, they will block my phone. Gave them a negative and here's how they responded.

Your order is scheduled to ship today. However, due to the negative comments left for us, your order is on hold. We did not "take" your money. You GAVE it to us when you placed your order.

We have not received one message from you regarding your order. We have thousands of customers and cannot email each one when the order might take a little longer than usual to ship.

We kindly ask that you revise your feedback so we can ship your order.

Do you agree to revise it?

Please advise.

They have nothing but complaints on the forum, go checkout Feedback sections, nothing good about them.

You should have filed a claim with ebay only (You can't file with both Ebay and Paypal) after the item was not received in the time it was supposed to be sent. This date in on the auction page.
. If you hadn't heard from the seller after a specific time (usually about a week after filing) you can ask Ebay to step in. Takes a day and you get your money back. Then you give feedback.
Why you pd that much for a common speaker amp, I'll never know

Those amps are getting hard to find. Anyway, got my money back. Going to hold out until I find a nice used one or just replace the entire system.

Has can see, what you just went though, you are better off upgrading that old system with modern system with bluetooth and perhaps GPS, cause once you start replacing those Bose's hard to find amps, you are better off with a new system.

Yeah, had to replace a rear last summer and now a front went kaput. The Bose is turning into a money pit. As much as I like period original, time to upgrade.

It's not that it was slightly off. It was not even close, other than it was a shade of blue. The point was, they have a pattern of customer service or lack there of. I will always give my business to a company whom takes care of it's customers, regardless of price, which is all anyone is saying here.

I’ve ordered several items from them with no problem, but just seeing that response is enough to make me choose another company next time I need something. Glad you got your money back.

How anyone can run a business with that kind of attitude towards their customers is beyond me.

If you order anything with them from eBay dont take any threats or attitude from them. File a appropriate claim with them THROUGH EBAY ONLY and as a buyer, you'll always win. Make sure all communication is done through ebay and ebay only. When it comes to claims ebay will NOT accept any other outside form of communication in their decision process.
