Not going tot the floor, as in the clutch is stuck at the top and no amount of foot pressure will push it down?
If so, you have a mechanic impedance. Double check the installation of your work making sure that sure that everything is lined up correctly.

My 94 has an aluminum spacer that fits between the master cylinder and the firewall. I imagine all ZF6 cars have that spacer - if it didn’t go back in when you replaced the hydraulics you would bottom out the master cylinder in its bore before the pedal reached the floor.
