Center cap key wrench

No such thing as a stupid question but here it goes,
I cannot find my center cap key wrench in my car car anywhere, any ideas as to where it is mounted/kept in the car?

It should be underneath the storage compartment behind the passenger seat. I realized this AFTER getting my tires replaced and had to have my wheel locks cut off. This is explained in the service manual that came with the car.

If you want one the owner's manual is available at a number of places. Google is your friend on this one. If you are keeping the car for a while the Factory Service Manual will save you money in the long run. They're often available in the C4 parts for sale section

Some tireshops have copies to use on customers cars. If this is a temporary problem, if you can get them removed, use a regular lugnut for now till you can get a replacement key.

Been there, done that.
