Help, engine won’t crank

Default Help, engine won’t crank
I recently changed my heads, and spark plugs and now my engine won’t start. The engine turns, but it won’t crank up and start. I don’t know what to do now, I’ve checked all my wires and senors. Everything is plugged in, does anyone have any ideas on what can be wrong?

If your engine turns, it's cranking. Make sure you have spark and fuel pressure

I checked both of those yesterday and I still go nothing. After awhile my spark plugs got soaked a bit, I checked them because I feared of flooding them

Sometimes distributor needs to be checked again, also the dizzy wires. If it started before it should again. Check fuel, spark, and timing

Try to press gingerly each and every wire with ignition off. If possible the 4 pin wire for the opti below water pump .
