No Start - Help

Default No Start - Help

My 89 coupe recently died. It will crank over, but will not start. I have a FSM and started going through the analysis. I pulled the MAF connector to put it in default mode, but still no go. I jumped the A and B terminals on the diagnostic port and I get 12's through the SES light. I am getting spark to the plugs and have around 43 PSI to the fuel rail. A NOID light plugged into the injector harness reveals NO lights. When I probe both terminals of the harness with a grounded test light I get a light on both terminals. I pulled the ECM and probed D15 and D16 and get a light on both terminals. I thought all this was indicative of a bad ECM, but ordered one from RockAuto, transferred the PROM, and put the new one in today. No joy. I still am not getting any lights on the NOID to the injector harness. I love this old red car, but I am on my last good nerve with it. Any suggestions would be appreciated. If I left out anything, just ask. Thanks!

Maybe pull a injector, crank it over and see if the injector is actually working? Are you getting a good spark at the plug?

tried starting fluid?....to see if you're actually pumping gas not water....

Getting good spark at the plug. Not sure how the injector would be working if the NOID light is showing no pulses.

I will try starting fluid, but it was a little low on gas (about 1/4 tank), so I added 5 gallons of fresh gas, not that the gas in there was over a couple of weeks old.

Any other thoughts? My next step is to have it towed to a garage which I would like to avoid if possible.
